West Mercia Air Conditioning Ltd was founded in 1977 by Roy Corner to provide a first class service to local industry and commerce. His son Ben Corner became the managing director in 2006, and during the 34 years trading to date it has grown considerably to offer the same first class service nationwide.
During this time we have secured regular contract works with well known businesses such as William Hill Bookmakers, British Telecom, Monteray,Cargill Meats Europe, Heineken, Carillion Enterprise and Sodexo to name a few. We are very proud of the fact that so many of our customers continually show their trust in us by returning to West Mercia when they require additional work and services.
Our Service and Maintenance Department is managed by Matt Wood, who will offer a bespoke Maintenance Contract to suit your needs. You can rest assured that any breakdowns or issues will be dealt with efficiently and effectively by Matt and our dedicated team of engineers.
Whilst some businesses sub-contract work, which can often end in problems where you are left to pick up the pieces, we strongly believe in working with directly employed, fully trained engineers. This enables us to carefully oversee the standard of work. Our continued growth is due to our dedicated team and their design expertise, quality of workmanship, high level of service (before, during and after installation) and ability to complete on time within set programmes.In January 2011 we moved into a brand new purpose built 7000sq ft premises to fulfill our vision for continued growth and security in the future.

When you choose us, you can be assured that your installation is carried out by highly trained engineers. We have 30 directly employed fully trained staff to carry out all of our works and they all carry Skill Cards, are F-Gas registered and are trained in health and safety.From booking to completion, everything is logged electronically via our customer portal which means we’re environmentally friendly, security conscious and you also don’t have to worry about finding that certificate at the crucial moment
Our pricing is very competitive and we offer a seven-year manufacturers guarantee on all equipment fitted, where applicable. Our Service and Maintenance department provides a full after sales service and maintenance facility to ensure that the equipment continues to operates at maximum efficiency throughout its lifespan, so in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, we are on hand to pick up the pieces with minimum hassle for you.
